Every invoice we've ever issued you — including the ones generated by subscription renewals and marketplace purchases — lives in the Invoices menu.
This page is a quick pointer; the full coverage of finding, filtering, downloading, and tax-filing context is in Receipts & records.
Subscription invoices specifically
Each renewal of a subscription generates its own invoice. So a monthly maintenance plan over a year shows up as 12 invoices in your history, one per cycle. Same for annual hosting (one invoice per year), SEO retainer (one per cycle), and so on.
These invoices are already paid by the time you see them — Stripe auto-charged the card on file when the renewal came due. You don't pay them separately. See Renewals for the auto-charge cycle.
To find a specific subscription's invoices:
- Open Invoices from the menu.
- Use the description column or the search to filter to the product name (e.g. "Basic Maintenance").
- Sort by date if you're looking for a specific cycle.
You can also approach this from the other angle: open the subscription's related website (Websites → click the row → Subscriptions card), then follow into the subscription's detail. The history shows what's been billed against that subscription specifically.
Marketplace purchases
Marketplace purchases (the one-off Stripe ones) also generate an invoice once the payment clears. They land in the same Invoices list as everything else. Stripe also sends you its own email receipt — that's not an official invoice, just a payment confirmation.
Downloading
For invoices from July 2024 onwards (number ≥ 474), there's a Download PDF action that pulls the official PDF from our invoicing platform (Elorus). The PDF is the canonical version — keep that one for your records.
Older invoices: ask us, we'll send a copy.
See Receipts & records for the longer write-up on PDF download, AADE filing, year-end summaries, and VAT details.
Year-end summary
If your accountant wants a single summary of what your company paid us in a given tax year — total, broken down by service — ask. We can produce one from our invoicing platform and email it as a CSV or PDF, separate from the individual invoices. Path is the same: customers@dmu.gr or the contact details on How to reach us.
