The Domains menu shows every domain name we manage for you — registrations we did on your behalf, transfers we brought in from another registrar, and the technical configuration around each one.
The list
Open Domains from the customer menu. You'll see one row per domain with:
- The domain name itself (e.g.
your-company.gr). - A status pill — what state the domain is in (active, pending setup, expiring, etc.).
- Quick references to the registration / expiry dates.
Click any row to open the domain's detail page.
If you don't have any domains yet, the list page redirects you to the Marketplace under Domains, where you can search and register a new one (Admin role required — see Subscriptions & billing → Additional orders).
The domain detail page
Click a domain and you get four sections:
- Domain Details — the registered name, current status, and any relevant flags (auto-renew, locked, etc.).
- Nameservers — the NS records currently set on the domain. If you're hosted with us, these point at our infrastructure; if you've redirected the domain to a third party, they point there.
- Dates — when the domain was created, last modified, and activated; plus the next renewal date.
- Subscriptions — the renewal subscription(s) tied to the domain. See Subscriptions for how renewals work.
- System Updates — a small log of what we've done with the domain (registrar pushes, nameserver edits, transfers). The "Next Refresh" timestamp tells you when we'll next sync the domain's data from the registrar.
Requesting a new domain
The right path depends on whether you've picked a name yet:
- You have a specific name in mind. Open the Marketplace → Domains and search for it. The marketplace returns availability + price. From there you click Buy and check out (Stripe — see Payment methods).
- You want to discuss it first. Use the Request this domain flow on the marketplace landing — we'll come back with our recommendation before you commit.
Once registered, the domain appears in your Domains list, usually within the same business day.
Cancelling a pending request
If you've requested a domain through the marketplace and changed your mind before we've completed the registration:
- Open the request row in your Domains list.
- Hit Cancel. The request flips to "Cancelled by customer" and isn't actioned further.
You can't cancel a domain that's already been registered — domains are real registrar records with real fees. If you genuinely need to drop a registered domain, talk to us.
Transferring a domain in or out
- Transferring IN (from another registrar to us): contact us with the domain name and your current registrar's auth code. We'll quote the transfer fee and walk you through the steps. Most transfers complete in 5-7 days from when we have the auth code.
- Transferring OUT (from us to another registrar): contact us. We'll provide the auth code and clear any registrar lock. We don't charge for outbound transfers.
Status values you might see
- Active — registered and working.
- Pending Setup — registered but we're still configuring DNS, nameservers, or other infrastructure.
- Pending Renewal — close to expiry; renewal subscription is queued.
- Expired — past expiry date, still inside the grace period where it can be recovered.
- Cancelled — no longer renewed by us.
If a domain appears in a state you don't expect, reply to any recent email thread with the domain name and we'll look into it.
