Your Profile

What we set up for you when your account is created, and what you can change later.

What we set up

  • Display name — the name you gave us, shown on every screen that addresses you by name.
  • Email — your login, and where every notification (invoices, verification codes, replies from our team) is delivered.
  • Country & phone — used when we issue invoices (your country controls VAT handling) and for the occasional phone follow-up.
  • Profile picture — an auto-generated coloured pattern unique to your account. It doesn't reveal anything personal, so it's safe to leave alone if you'd rather not upload a photo.
  • Linked company (optional) — if you're representing a company, we link your user to that company's record so invoices, projects, and services route correctly.

What you can change

From your profile page (top-right menu → Profile):

  • Display name and contact details (phone, address).
  • Profile picture — upload your own to replace the auto-generated one.
  • Notification preferences.

You can also change your password and MFA methods at any time from your security settings on secure.dmu.gr.

What only we can change

  • Email address. Because it's also your login, we change this ourselves after confirming the new address belongs to you.
  • Linked company. If you move between companies or your company re-organises, ask us to re-link.
  • Account closure. Reach out and we'll handle off-boarding — exporting any files you need from the Drive, settling any open invoices, removing your access.

Why we don't ask you for more

We deliberately collect only what we need to bill, contact, and service you. If we ever ask for something more (a tax ID for a specific invoice, a billing address for a particular invoice type), we'll explain why before asking.
