The Websites menu shows the sites we host or maintain for you. Each row opens a detail page with everything tied to that site: current status, the updates we've made, the subscriptions that keep it running.
The list
Open Websites from the customer menu. You'll see one row per site with the domain name and an indication of its current health.
Click a row to open the detail page.
The website detail page
There are two main areas.
Information (right-hand card)
A summary of how the site is doing right now:
- Website status — Online, Partially Offline, Offline, or other state. See Service status for what each label means.
- Priority — High Value or Standard. Reflects how fast we respond to issues on this site; set by us based on your maintenance plan tier, not something you toggle yourself.
- Maintenance Support — your maintenance plan tier (the subscription that covers ongoing care). See Maintenance.
- Extra Support — any block of additional support hours you've purchased on top of the plan.
- Google Analytics — whether Analytics is linked to the site (for reporting in your SEO reports).
Updates feed (left-hand column)
The reverse-chronological log of work we've done on the site. Each entry shows what changed, when, and (where relevant) who did it. See Logs for how to read it.
Subscriptions section
Lists the recurring subscriptions attached to the site — hosting, maintenance, SEO retainer, etc. Each row links to its full detail.
What you can do from the website page
- View everything described above.
- Purchase Support Hours — block of additional developer hours, beyond your maintenance plan. See Maintenance.
What you can't do from the customer view:
- Edit the website's technical configuration. If you need a change, ask us — that's what the maintenance plan covers.
- Delete the website or its updates.
- Log new maintenance entries. That's a staff action; we add entries to the updates feed when we do work.
Multiple websites
If we manage more than one site for you, each gets its own row in the list and its own detail page. There's no roll-up "all my sites" dashboard — the Websites list is the overview.
I think something's wrong with my site
Start with the Website status indicator on the detail page:
- Online — we believe the site is reachable. If you're seeing an issue anyway, reply with what you're seeing (URL, error message, screenshot) and we'll investigate.
- Partially Offline — we've detected an issue but the site is still partially reachable. We're usually already on it.
- Offline — the site is down. We'll have been alerted automatically; an update in the feed will follow as we triage.
Either way: reach out via the contact details on How to reach us if the issue is time-sensitive.
