# Finding Your Proposal

There are two places you'll find a proposal we've sent you: the
**public preview** link from the proposal email, and the
**Proposals** menu inside the portal once you're signed in.

## Public preview — from the proposal email

The fastest way to see what we sent:

1. Open the proposal email.
2. Click the link — `https://portal.dmu.gr/proposal/`.
3. Enter the **code** from the same email (e.g. `6a214a168f1b6`)
   on the page that opens.

The page is **view-only**. You can read the proposal, share the
link + code with a colleague to review, and come back as many
times as you want. You cannot accept from this page — for that
you sign in to the portal and go through the Proposals menu.

The preview works even if you don't have an account yet, so it's
useful for early review.

## Inside the portal — the Proposals menu

Once your account is set up (see
[Account creation](../account-creation)), the in-portal view is
the canonical way to manage proposals.

1. Sign in to [portal.dmu.gr](https://portal.dmu.gr).
2. Open the main menu and select **Proposals**.
3. You'll see the list of every proposal addressed to your
company — current ones at the top, accepted ones below.
4. Click a row to open it.

From the in-portal view you can read the proposal **and**
accept it. See [Reviewing in the portal](reviewing-in-the-portal)
for what each section means and
[Accepting](accepting) for the final step.

## Multiple proposals

If we've sent you more than one — for example, an initial
project plus a separate add-on — they'll all appear in the
Proposals list. The status column tells you which is which:

- **Pending acceptance** — sent, not yet accepted.
- **Accepted** — you've already signed it. We're acting on it.
- **Withdrawn** — we've replaced it with a newer version, or
cancelled it. Don't act on these.

Accept each pending proposal separately. Accepting one doesn't
auto-accept the others.

## I don't see the proposal I'm looking for

- **Confirm you're on the right account.** The list is scoped
to your company. If we sent the proposal to a colleague's
email, sign in as them, or ask us to re-issue it under your
  email.
- **Check Accepted.** If you already signed it, it moves out of
  the pending list.
- **Ask us.** A short email mentioning the proposal code (from
the email subject line, or whatever code we last sent you)
  gets the fastest answer.
